For as long as I can remember, I have been a storyteller, drawn to the stories hidden beneath the surface of ordinary places. An abandoned mining town, a forgotten trail, a quiet neighborhood, or a line in a historical archive can all spark a question: What happened here? That curiosity has shaped both my writing and my research.

There is nothing I love more than putting my feet up around a campfire, or hiking into the wilderness to find that perfect spot.

My work blends research with immersive storytelling. Whether I'm exploring landscapes or cityscapes, studying true crime, or developing a psychological thriller, I'm fascinated by the intersection of place, history, and human behavior. Every project begins with the same goal; to uncover the details that make a story feel authentic, compelling, and impossible to forget.

I'm the author of Spirits Among the Saguaros and the upcoming psychological thriller Buried in the Snow. Through Timothy Wilson Media, I share the research, locations, and creative process behind my work, inviting readers to explore the real-world places and ideas that inspire my fiction and nonfiction alike.
